This presentation will give an overview the Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative Initiative Promoting Vaginal Birth Initiative including the risks of primary cesarean delivery, the guidelines from ACOG and SMFM as well as the resources to promote vaginal birth created and compiled by ILPQC.
