Survivor Strategies is a space for survivors to build community and support in their healing process. For this edition of Survivor Strategies, we will be joined virtually be Ferrah Seifert. As a certified Worthiness and Mental Health Coach, Ferrah ingrains yogic philosophy, positive psychology and intuition to her workshops. This empowering workshop offers participants a safe, supportive space to explore how mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement can help regulate the nervous system and create a deeper sense of inner safety. We will learn to recognize emotional triggers and develop practical, body-based tools like grounding breath practices, mindful awareness techniques, journaling exercises and restorative yoga poses to respond with compassion rather than reactivity. Designed to be accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed, this session invites survivors to reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and support their healing journey in community.
