This edition of Survivor Strategies will take place at a community recreational facility. Healing Through Movement will be a private class, restricted to Survivor Strategies attendees that explores foundational boxing movements and practices. No previous experience or fitness level needed. Registration is REQUIRED to attend.

Supporting survivors can seem daunting but we utilize the acronym STRIVE as an easy way to help you remember the best ways to support.

Survivor Strategies is a space for survivors to build community and support in their healing process. This session we will learn to recognize emotional triggers and discuss practical, body-based tools like grounding breath practices, mindful awareness techniques, journaling exercises, etc. to respond with compassion rather than reactivity.
