    For this edition of Survivor Strategies, we will be joined virtually by Ferrah Seifert, a certified Worthiness and Mental Health Coach. Together we will learn to recognize emotional triggers and discuss practical, body-based tools like grounding breath practices, mindful awareness techniques, journaling exercises, etc. to respond with compassion rather than reactivity.
