To both teach and “doctor” at the same time is hard enough to do with one learner, much less when multi-level learners are in the mix. “How to Optimize Teaching & Engagement among Multi-Level Learners” will help those who attend to efficiently and effectively engage all your learners in your day-to-day teaching. To be presented by Jacqueline Fischer MD, FACP, Associate Chair for Educational Affairs, Dept of Medicine, Professor of Clinical Medicine, UICOMP.

OBJECTIVES:

  1. Characterize what’s known regarding best practice in teaching multi-level learners
  2. Equip participants with new, concrete strategies for enhancing their teaching of multi-level learners
  3. Practice (as a group) applying teaching strategies in situations of multi-level learner scenarios that involve commonly-faced teaching challenges
