We’ll talk openly about the ups and downs of being there for someone you care about, and share practical strategies to support survivors while also taking care of you!

Survivor Strategies is a space for survivors to build community and support in their healing process. This session we will learn to recognize emotional triggers and discuss practical, body-based tools like grounding breath practices, mindful awareness techniques, journaling exercises, etc. to respond with compassion rather than reactivity.

Our final session of the semester will explore aspects of our individually held narratives that are our own and those that may not be.
