The Neonatal Orientation and Education Program, Fourth Edition (NOEP) is a comprehension, educational program that is highly effective in providing evidence-based, clinical education to neonatal nurses. The STABLE Program focuses on the post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick newborns. Participants will gain an increased understanding of how to care for critically ill newborn infants prior to transport to a tertiary care center as evidenced by passing the STABLE program post test.
