Learn more about the process of preparing your Promotion and Tenure (P & T) dossier. This mentorship panel will provide participants with the opportunity to hear more about the process and learn from the experiences of colleagues within the UIC College of Dentistry. Panelists include faculty who have gone through the P & T process on the Research and on the Clinical/Clinical Educator tracks at the Associate Professor and Professor levels. In addition, the panel will include at least one panelist with experience as a dossier preparer. This session is appropriate for any faculty members considering going up for promotion within the next few years.
