Mindfulness Meditations will be offered on Tuesdays starting next week, January 25 through the end of February, via Zoom to all students, faculty and staff. This activity will be hosted by Anne Zuba, MSW, LCSW, Student Health and Wellness Counselor and Wellness Coordinator for the UICOMR.
