The Office of Research’s Writing Accountability Groups will resume Friday, January 14, 2022. Writing Accountability Groups (WAG) can provide support and accountability that will increase writing productivity in groups of academic researchers on campus.
The WAG Grant Application group meets weekly for 60 minutes, led by Dr. Xue-jun Li. Each session consists of:
- 10-minute check-in with sharing of accomplishments, barriers and brainstorming solutions from the previous week
- 45 minutes of writing
- 5 minutes of setting goals for the next week.
WAG groups are limited to six-eight people per group. If you are interested in joining a Writing Accountability Group on campus, contact Vicki Weidenbacher-Hoper at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional groups can be created to accommodate interest.
