The Fun Committee will be hosting an Employee Health & Wellness Fair for all UIC campus employees. The morning will be filled with a variety of activities including:
- Visiting childhood (Chalk Art, Coloring Pages, & Puzzles)
- Tension release in a dim room with breathing (Chair Massages & Guided Meditation)
- A little “Healthy” competition with prizes (Jeopardy)
- Oxygen creators (Plants to take home)!
- Dog snuggles and licks! (Therapy Dogs)
- FREE fidgets, stickers, and other random fun!
- Learn to macramé
- Make your own bath products (Sugar Scrub)
Stretch It Out! (Yoga)
Several organization will be on hand to encourage staff and community well-being:
- Vintage Goose will sell yummy treats and drinks.
- Aetna & BCBS booths with giveaways & info.
- U of I Extension Master Gardeners will host a plant booth and answer questions.
