This conference brings together healthcare professionals, educators, and advocates to explore best practices, innovations, and collaborative strategies that enhance safety in perinatal care. Through expert-led sessions and interactive discussions, we aim to foster a culture of continuous improvement in maternal and newborn health.
Target Audience: Includes physicians, Fellow, RNs and APNs in the perinatal specialty.
Objectives:
- Identify the 7 drivers of team effectiveness in healthcare settings
- Describe a structured training program to enhance teamwork
- Explain how communication impacts error prevention
- Analyze on how effective teamwork impacts clinical outcomes and the experience of care.
