A celebration of food, music, culture, and identity across the African Diaspora, this collaborative event from the Black and Diversity Centers of Illinois, UIS, and UIC explores how food shapes tradition, politics, and social justice. Alumna Yanna Cello will be our featured artist, and Dr. Bobby J. Smith II & Chef Carrie Anderson will guide us through a dynamic discussion over dinner.
