Research Park Flu Shot Clinic

Research Park is excited to offer our community an on-site Flu Shot Clinic on Wednesday, October 7 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. This is open to the entire Research Park community. Quantities may be limited, so it will be first come, first served. Thank you to Hudson Drug Shop for providing this service to the Research Park community.

What to bring: Please bring a PHARMACY insurance card (not all health insurance cards have pharmacy info on them). Want to speed up the process? Download the vaccination form from the website here:  www.hudsondrugshop.com * Forms will be available on-site

Who is eligible: Flu shots will be available for anyone age 7 and older while supplies last; COVID vaccine is available to those age 12 and older.
Cost: Shots are billed to insurance.
